I am a healer, teacher, and guide who works through presence, intuition, and deep energetic listening. I hold grounded, compassionate space for emotional healing and inner transformation—supporting integration, embodiment, and a return to your true essence and center.
I bring over 25 years of professional experience to this work, with formal energy work training that began in childhood. At the age of eleven, I was guided by a seasoned healer while learning practical energy healing techniques in service of my mother’s chronic migraines—an experience that initiated my life-long journey into energy work, spirituality and mysticism, and shaped the grounded, responsible way I work today.
I am a Master Teacher in the Usui tradition of Reiki and have advanced training and professional certification in the Sacred Soul Alignment System, Akashic Records work, Light Language, and Sacred Light technologies.
Over the years, I have also channeled and developed a Spiritual Detox and Protection modality, informed by extensive experience working with Sacred Light and supporting both myself and my clients through deep energetic clearing and integration.
I offer individual multi-layered energy healing sessions, as well as energetically encoded guided meditations that support emotional integration. This work may include processing grief and trauma, establishing healthy boundaries, strengthening your sense of inner authority and self-trust, and reclaiming spiritual, mental, and emotional sovereignty in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
For those seeking deeper support, sessions may also be held within ongoing support containers, allowing for more comprehensive clearing, grounding, and integration over time.
Ongoing mentorship is available for those wishing to deepen their practical skills as energy healing practitioners. These containers move beyond the foundations of traditional Reiki training, offering a safe, grounded, and nurturing space to refine your practice, ask questions, and receive attunements to advanced healing technologies and alignments—including the Spiritual Detox and Protection modality.
