If you’re feeling emotionally overloaded, tense, stressed, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone.
Many of the people I get to work with come in feeling:
🌀 overwhelmed or anxious, sometimes without a clear reason
🌀 disconnected or dissociated from their bodies or emotions
🌀 having difficulties in their relationships
🌀 stuck in old patterns or beliefs they can’t shift despite years of therapy
🌀 exhausted from trying to “figure it all out” mentally
🌀 feeling like something is off, but they can't put a finger on it
They most often leave their sessions feeling:
🌟 having a sense of relief, clarity and direction
🌟 lighter and more relaxed
🌟 calmer and more grounded
🌟 more present in their bodies
🌟 able to breathe more freely
🌟 more like themselves again
This work can be especially supportive during times of stress, transition, emotional overwhelm, or when you feel disconnected from yourself.
Sessions focus on helping your nervous system settle and feel safe enough to reorganize at a deeper level.
Rather than analyzing or reliving experiences, we follow what’s most present in your system. For many people, this naturally brings us to the emotional or energetic (spiritual) core of what they’re carrying — where long-held patterns, beliefs, or stuck emotions can release and shift.
The work is often deep, but it unfolds in a way that feels contained, supported, and regulating, rather than overwhelming or forceful.
Many clients are surprised by how naturally this depth arises — and by how calm and grounded they feel afterward.
Sessions are gentle, intuitive, and guided by what your system is ready for.
You don’t need to know what to say or explain everything clearly. Things naturally arise in the process and you are gently guided through the work of integration.
There is no physical manipulation or touch required, so these sessions are easily facilitated remotely over zoom.
I offer private one-on-one sessions or longer term support containers for people seeking grounding, clarity, emotional release, and reconnection with themselves.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to schedule a session or reach out with questions.
